What does MoleQlar offer?

What is Pace of Aging?

Pace of Aging measures the speed of biological aging based on DNA methylation. A value below 1.0 means you are aging slower than average.

Do I need a blood draw?

No venous blood draw. The epigenetic age test uses a cheek swab; the NAD test and the Vitamin D/Omega-3 test use a drop of blood from your fingertip.

How often should I repeat the tests?

Every 3-6 months to track the effectiveness of longevity interventions. This way you can see if NMN, spermidine, or other protocols are working.

MoleQlar NMN experience — what is noticeable after 3 months?

After 12 weeks of daily intake (500–1,000 mg NMN in the morning on an empty stomach): increased morning energy, more stable afternoon focus, and faster recovery after sports. The most objective marker was the NAD⁺ blood value (measured via MoleQlar test): 59.1 µM in self-testing after 8 weeks — clearly in the upper reference range. Important: effects are subtle and build over time, no acute effect like caffeine.

How fast does MoleQlar NMN work?

First subtle effects (more energy, clearer thinking) in most users after 2–4 weeks. Measurable NAD⁺ increase in blood after 6–8 weeks — MoleQlar offers a home test for follow-up. Study standard: 250–1,000 mg per day, mornings on an empty stomach. Start with 250–500 mg for 2 weeks, then increase to 500–1,000 mg if well tolerated. Higher doses (>1,500 mg) show no additional benefit according to current evidence. MoleQlar capsules contain 125–250 mg each (product-dependent) — practical for flexible dosing. Combination with TMG (250 mg) is recommended to compensate for methyl group consumption.

The NAD test is a simple dried blood spot test from Europe, developed by MoleQlar together with Vilnius University. It determines the NAD level in your cells. NAD is a central molecule in cell metabolism and stimulates sirtuins and PARPs, among others; levels decline with age.

Limits: the NAD test is not an epigenetic test and not proof that a supplement works. A single value is a snapshot – to show change you need a measurement before and after an intervention. The epigenetic age test is a separate method based on DNA methylation.

Honest context: what these tests tell you

A single NAD+ or epigenetic value is a snapshot with relevant biological and methodological variance. Meaning only emerges from repeated measurements under identical conditions — same time of day, same fasting state, ideally the same lab.

NMN raises NAD+ levels in studies. That this translates into a longer human lifespan is not proven.
